She was the daughter of Tillman Jack and Virginia Mae Horse Sheyahshe.

A lifetime resident of Anadarko, Susan attended Anadarko Public Schools. She had been disabled for the last 23 years.

She was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma, and the Victory Assembly of God Church.

Susan was preceded in death by her father and mother, and step-father, Manuel Guerrero (FAG#64822651), and three brothers, Bob, Jay, and John Sheyahshe.

Survivors included Jessica and Michael Yeahquo, whom she raised, of the home; a very special niece, Jona Yeahquo of Anadarko; two brothers, Albert Horse of California, and Alan Arkeketa of Carson City, Nevada; five sisters, Jacqueline Arkeketa, 'Lolly' Arkeketa, Martha Silverhorn and husband Roddy, Alice Yeahquo, Carol Thompson and husband Tom, all of Anadarko; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative, and many friends, including her best friend Marilyn Yestell, of Anadarko.

Funeral services were held on April 20th at the Victory Assembly of God Church.
