On Wednesday afternoon, January 3, 2024, Martha Silverhorn, 68, suddenly and peacefully was called to her heavenly home. Martha was a godly, faithful woman who loved the Lord and her family with all her heart and lived the example daily for her children, grandchildren, and great-
grandchildren. What an incredible legacy she left for us all to follow. She was born May 21, 1955, in Los Angeles, CA to Woodrow Wyatt Arkeketa and Virginia Horse Guerrero.

Martha grew up in Muskogee, OK at Murrow Indian Children's Home. She attended Muskogee public schools and later received her GED. Martha met and married the love of her life Roddy Silverhorn on June 29, 1971, in Anadarko, OK. They were blessed with three children Ronda, Ronnie and Emily. She worked at Hollytex Carpet Mills and retired from Riverside Indian School Facilities Management. Martha received her CDL after retirement that she studied so diligently for and was so proud of and drove a school bus for Anadarko Public Schools.

She cherished her walk with the Lord more than anything in this world. During her walk with the Lord, she attended church at Wichita Mission, Standing Memorial, Church of God, Victory Assembly of God, First Assembly of God, and Bethal Baptist. Martha taught many generations of Children's church classes. She was known for her green thumb in the garden and her exquisite taste of style. Martha loved vintage style and antique shopping. You could find her standing in line at Goodwill and visiting waiting for the store to open on Tuesday mornings. She had an eye for trendy elegance.

Martha followed the Anadarko Warriors and attended all her great granddaughter D's sporting events. Anytime you crossed paths with Martha, you never left without a hug and an I love you. She was the kindest person with the most beautiful smile you could ever meet. Martha loved everyone. Everything she touched was simply beautiful.

She is preceded in death by her: parents: Woodrow & Virginia; siblings: Albert Roy, Shirley (Lolly), Alice Mae, Bobby, Jay Robin, Jon Dean, Sue; and four angel grandbabies.
