Lester, AL - Mrs. Almeda Cowen, 90, of Route 1, Lester, died Friday in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at the Hester's Chapel Church of Christ with Dan Bowers officiating. Burial will be in the Hester Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Pearly Posey of Anderson; two grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
