Beatrice J. Bedore
Beatrice J. Bedore died March 23, 1991, at Hillcrest Nursing Home in McCook, Ne., at the age of 82. She was born Oct. 7, 1908 at Zurich, the daughter of Jeremiah and Rosalee (Ducharme) Forgue.
She grew up at Zurich and was married May 18, 1925 to Lawrence Bedore.
They made their home at Zurich before moving to Culbertson, Ne., in 1941 where they farmed until 1945. They moved into Culbertson, retiring from farming in 1962.
Preceding her in death were her husband on Dec. 7, 1971; her parents; and two grandsons.
Survivors include one daughter, Rosalene Weber, McCook, Ne.; two sons, Loren, Culbertson, Melvin of McCook,; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Medis R. Forgue, McCook, Ne., Armond Forgue, Denison, Tx., Leonard Forgue of Wilson; and two sisters, Leona Haase, Plainville, and Velma Gilbert, Joplin, Mo.
A Rosary was recited at the Herrman Memorial Chapel, McCook. Mass was held March 26, at St. James Catholic church in Trenton with Rev. Mark Pfeiffer officiating; interment was in St. James Cemetery, Trenton, Ne.
