Doctor Seth Capron
& Eunice, his wife
She died grievously
lamented on the 25th
day of Dec., AD 1796
Aged 21 months & 17 days.

Gravesite Details

Tombstone has disintegrated. Contrary to the inscription, Seth and Eunice unexpectedly had another daughter in 1814, when they were already well advanced in years. This daughter, Louisa Capron Thiers, lived to be 111 years old and died in 1926.
