Funeral services for Claude and his wife were officiated by Rev. Bob Sarpalius, pastor of First Baptist Church in Archer City, assisted by Rev. Don Powell, pastor of the Faith Memorial Baptist church.
He was a retired night watchman and she was a nursery attendant at First Baptist Church in Archer City.
Survivors: three daughters - Mrs. Charles McCurrin of Archer City, Mrs. Leonard Haning of Las Cruces, NM, Mrs. Vicki Rhorer of Fairfield, CA; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; three sisters - Mrs. Clyde Cummings of Pampa; Mrs. Allen Brown and Mrs. Ollie McCaghren of Olney; three brothers - Hugh Haygood of Jean, Paul Haygood and Lawrence Haygood, both of Olney.
