E.l. Stout 65 ,Dies; Rites to Be Monday E.L. ( Ned ) Stout 65, widely known Delaware County resident and native , died Friday noon at his home on Inlow Spring Road following a long illness. Mr. Stout was a salesman for Fisher Motors before his illness. AWorld War 1 veteran, he belonged to Delaware Post19 of the American Legion , He was a member of King's Chapel Christian Church. Surviving are his wife Reba ; a daughter, Mrs. Joan Broadstreet; a son Robert G. Stout; his Mrs Clara Stout; a sister , Mrs. Virgil Smith all of Muncie; a brother, Guy Stout of Selma. Two Grandchildren also Survive. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Meeks Mortuary with the Rev.Chester Justice and the Rev Argo Suddeth officiating. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery . Friends may call at the mortuary after noon Sunday or before the services Monday
