The death Angel visited the home of Mr. J. G. Goff last Friday evening and claimed for its victim Miss Bernie Goff. True see is gone and we shall see her no more; the life so full of kindly emotions, benevolent actions and true rare friendship. She leave a father, mother, one brother and five sisters. To the bereaved the entire community tenders it's sympathy. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. E. Webb, after which the remains were laid to rest in Blue's Hill graveyard.
We shall sleep, but not forever. In the lone and silent grave,Blessed be the Lord that taketh, Blessed be the Lord that gave. In the bright eternal city, Death can never, never come, in his own good time He'll call us, From our rest to home, sweet home.
