Mrs. Whitaker is survived by a son, Charles Whitaker, of Ashland, Oregon; a daughter, Nancy Metcalf, of West Richland, Washington; grandsons Joseph Hilgedick of Vallejo, California and John Hilgedick of Seattle, Washington; great-granddaughter Zoe Hilgedick of Seattle, Washington and sister Marion Dalton of Tujunga, California.
