Born July 24, 1925, in Lewistown to Theodore K. and Ethel Jergens Grafelman, he married Gertrude R. Fischer on Oct. 30, 1946, in Glasford. She survives. Also surviving is one sister, Virginia Bushong of Canton.
A member of American Legion Post 16, he was a World War II Navy veteran, serving in the Pacific Theater.
