Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Evangelical Church of North America in Moville. The Rev. Vernon Aarnes will officiate. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 p.m. today with a prayer service at 7 p.m. in the McCulloch Wavrin Funeral Home in Moville.
Mrs. Stevenson, the former Melva Jean BLACKFORD, was born 8 January 1928 in Sioux City. She married John Stevenson 29 December 1959 in Kansas City, MO. He preceded her in death. She was a member of the Evangelical Church of North America.
Survivors include 1 daughter, Mrs. Ricky (Donna) WIESELER of Sioux City; her mother, Edith BLACKFORD of Moville; 4 brothers, Everett of Florida, Jerry and Alfonso, both of Moville, and Marvin of Sergeant Bluff, and 2 step-granddaughters.
