Flora Ann McKay Braddy was born April 5th 1833 the daughter of Archibald and Martha S McKay. She was the 21 year old bride of 22 year old Robert Bruce Braddy. They were wed September 28, 1854. They would have one daughter, Martha. His young wife Flora would die a few short years later on June 28 1856 at 23 years of age. She is buried in Carolina Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Dillon county South Carolina.
