Mary R. Jones passed from this life on Sunday, May 8, 2011, at Benchmark Healthcare LLC, of Greenville, MO. She was born July 14, 1920 in Kime, MO, daughter of George and Anna (Meloy) Berry. She Married Corprew Jones March 3, 1939, who preceded her in death in 1995. She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Janet Jones, and two brothers, Dellus Berry and Willis Berry, and two sisters, Audrey Deering and Wilma Winhoven.

Mary is survived by daughter Joan (Paul) Bridges of Silva, and son Jim (Barbara) Jones of Creve Coeur, MO, Granddaughters Paula Jennewein of Silva, Pam Green of Piedmont, Pat Lane of Silva, and Jeannie Davis of Poplar Bluff, Grandsons Jim Jones of Greenville and Joe Jones of Springfield, 17 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by three sisters, Dorothy Stevens of Greenville, Lela Jones of Woodriver, ILL, and Joan Gerstner of Eolia, MO and many other family members and friends.

May was converted and baptized at a young age at Union Grove (Camp 8) Baptist Church and was a longtime member of Grace United Methodist Church in Greenville. She was a 50-plus year member and Past Worthy Matron of Greenville Order of Eastern Star #337.
