Henderson, TN - Margie Smith, 98, homemaker, died of heart failure Thursday at the Chester County Nursing Home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Leon Johnson Funeral Home with burial in Chester County Memory Gardens.
She was a member of the Cave Springs Baptist Church.
Mrs. Smith, the widow of Mark Smith, leaves two daughters, Vadeen Smith Reddin and Wilner Smith Young, both of Henderson; a son, Junior Smith of Lexington, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and four step-great-great-grandchildren.
Married Mark Smith, February 7, 1921, Chester Co, TN.
She was preceded in death by two children, Kirk, who died June 14, 1925 at age 4, and Loraine, who died June 1, 1925 at 18 months. Both children are buried at Cave Springs Cemetery.
