MOUNT CRAWFORD – Bernard Helsley Roller, 70, of Mount Crawford died at his home Monday morning. He had been ill several years.
Mr. Roller was born March 21, 1910 at Mount Crawford and was a son of the late Luther H. and Gourney Helsley Roller.
He was a farmer and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church at Burketown.
On Dec. 19, 1939, he married the former Thelma Garber, who died July 30, 1970.
Surviving is a sister, Elizabeth Anderson of Bridgewater.
The funeral will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday at the McMullen Bridgewater Funeral Home by William P. Berry. Burial will be in Mount Crawford Cemetery.
The body is at the funeral home, where friends may call. Friends also may call at the home of Mr. roller’s sister, Elizabeth Anderson of 104 College Street, Bridgewater.
