THELMA LEE SIMMONS, 87,of Huntington, WV,. Widow of Wesley Simmons, passed away Monday March 9, 2009, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Thursday at the Reger Funeral Chapel Officiated by Pastor Jeff Sizemore; burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington. Thelma was born April 3, 1921, Cabell County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Herbert and Helen Swanagan Carroll. Also preceding her in death was a sister, Wilma Grass. Those that survive her include one son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Linda "Katie" Adkins of Huntington; two daughters and sons-in-law,Vickie and Doug MacEachen of Florence Ky., Barbara and Richard Caldwell of Huntington; two grand children,Shawn Mallory of Pittsburgh, Pa.; Samantha Hage of West Chester, Pa.; and two great grand children , Olivia and William Hage, Also of West Chester. Additional survivors include two nieces and two nephews, Linda Kay Eaves of Barboursville, WV., Juanita Robertson, George Ira Bickar and Eddie Ball, all of Huntington, as well as a special friend Barbara Rueger, also of Huntington. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p. m. Wednesday at the Reger Funeral Home
