Annie was the oldest of three children born to Alba Benton and Rebecca Alice (Kimrey) Ferguson. She married Raymond Coy Isley in 1927 and they were the parents of two sons: Charles Allen 'Chuck' and Glenn Russell.

Mrs. Annie F. Isley, 100, died Tuesday, July 29, 2003, at Guilford Health Care.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 31, 2003, at Hanes-Lineberry Vanstory Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Steve Walsh. Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park.
She is survived by her sons, Charles A. Isley and wife, Ann and Glenn R. Isley and wife, Marie, all of Greensboro; grandson, Mark Isley and wife, Kay of Climax and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2003, at the funeral home.
