Glenn was the youngest of two children born to Raymond Coy and Annie Esther (Ferguson) Isley. He married Mildred Marie Roberson and they had one son: Mark.

CLIMAX Mr. Glenn Russell Isley, 71, of 4801 Stan Road, died Friday, April 2, 2004.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel. Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.
Mr. Isley was a member of Southside Baptist Church. He was retired from Rexam Inc. with more than 30 years of service. He was very proud of his 1953 Mercury, which he helped to restore and won many awards.
Mr. Isley is survived by his wife of 48 years, Marie Isley; son and daughter-in-law Mark and Sabrina Kay Isley of Pleasant Garden; brother and sister-in-law Charles A. and Ann Isley of Greensboro.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
