Funeral services for Aliene Allen Wilson will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2008 in the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with Reverend Harrell Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Pineville.

Mrs. Wilson, 77, of Columbia, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Regency House, Alexandria.

Mrs. Wilson was a member of Homewood Baptist Church, Alexandria. She retired as a secretary from Barron, Heinberg and Brocato Architect and Engineers, Alexandria.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack C. Wilson; her parents, Clyde O. and Thelma R. Allen; brothers, Dorcy Allen, James Allen and Clyde M. Allen.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, George C. Wilson of Austin, Texas; brothers, Jimmie L. Allen (Judy) of Pineville, Lester J. Allen (Joan) of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Leonard J. Allen (Estelle) of Columbia; sister, Marie Randolph (Randy) of Baton Rouge and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be at Hixson Brothers, Pineville Thursday, July 24, 2008 from 5-9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until time of service in the chapel.

Pallbearers will be James Milton Allen, Randy Allen, Cody Allen, Caleb Tucker, Peyton Foster and Glen Richardson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob and Zack Gentry.
