Mrs. Daugherty was born July 12, 1877, in Cooke county, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Alexander.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
The body was brought overland to Gainesville in a George J Carroll and Son Funeral Home ambulance.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 3 0'clock in New Hope cemetery by Elder Willis Kreager, Church of Christ minister, of Gainesville.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. M. L. Cloer, Gainesville; two sons, Onas Daugherty, Hagerman, N. M., and Jewel Daugherty, Blyth, California; a sister, Mrs. Oma Trent, Valley View, and two brothers, Will and Oscar Alexander of the Mountain Springs community.
