Mrs. Mary Mary Catherine Lochbaum, 82, widow of Andrew J Lochbaum, died at the home her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. And Mrs. Bernard W. Spence, Highland township, at 3:30 this morning of complications.
She was born near Heidlersburg, a daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. James Gallagher, but spent the greater part of her life in the vicinity of Cashtown and Orrtanna. Mr. Lochbaum died 23 years ago.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Wetzel, Orrtanna R1, and Mrs. Spence, with whom she resided; two sons, J. Lawrence Lochbaum, Orrtanna R4, and Adnrew Lochbaum, McKnightstown RD, and by one half-sister, Mrs. Anna Weikert, Orrtanna. Twenty-two grandchildren also survive.
She was a member of Flohr’s Lutheran church.
Funeral services from the Bender Funeral home, Carlisle Street, Thursday afternoon at 2:00, the Rev. George B. Ely officiating. Interment at Flohr’s church cemetery.
