Lydia Jane Fuller, 2nd child and eldest dau. of Capt. Martin Fuller and Letitia Duncan, b. at Hardwick, VT of record July 2, 1810, but according to her gravestone more likely on the same date in the year 1811. She d. Dec. 7, 1844 at Cabot, VT (g.s.)

On Feb. 29, 1844, Lydia m. as the 2nd of five identified wives, Rev. Levi Huntoon Stone, s. of Col. John Stone and Betsy Huntoon, b. Dec. 10, 1806 at Cabot, VT.

Lydia d. 9 full months and 7 days following her wedding night. While it is possible she d. in child-bed, there is no extant record stating that was the cause of her death or a known child born of the marriage. In the genealogical sketch of the Dea. James Duncan family in the 1886 History of Hancock, NH, it is claimed that Lydia gave birth to a dau. who m. Wm. Bradford Barker. This claim was copied by William Hyslop Fuller in his 1912 volume regarding the descendants of Capt. Matthew Fuller of Barnstable, Mass. The child, Harriet Coburn Stone, was the eldest child of Rev. Levi H. Stone by his 1st wife Clarissa Osgood, b. Apr. 11, 1830 at Cabot, VT.
