RICHLAND CENTER - Pfc. Myron Huffman, 23, was killed in action Nov. 8 in France, his wife the former Emma West, has been informed. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Orval Huffman, Hillpoint. Both families live in the Loyd community between Richland Center and Hillpoint. A member of the infantry, Pfc. Huffman received his training at Camp White, Ore., and Camp Phillips, Kan., and was home in July on his last furlough. He arrived overseas Aug. 8. He was a farmer before his induction. Besides his wife and parents he is survived by a daughter, 2, a son, 1, and nine sisters and brothers.
