Margaret DuBois, 88 years of age, died October 20, 2002 at Lone Tree Conv. Hosp. following a lengthy illness. Margaret was born in Pittsburg, Texas on Feb. 22, 1914. She has resided in Oakley and Brentwood for 59 years. Margaret loved to crochet and make sauerkraut. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar 'Bill' Raymond DuBois (1984), twin brother and 3 sisters. Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Herman & Evelyn Raenell DuBois, Antioch, CA; granddaughters, Katherine and Jennifer DuBois, Antioch; brother and sister-in-law, Oliver and Lois Lovelace, Kingman, Arizona. When Cooper married Lela in 1904 (this was Margaret's Parents) he used the Loveless surname spelling as was done on the death record for Lela. Evidently the name spelling was changed to Lovelace after the family moved from Pittsburg, Texas to Oklahoma. This was after the mother, Lela, died in 1919.
