CARENCRO- Funeral services for Nicholas Keith "Nick" Weber, 19, will be held 10 a.m.
Monday in St. Peters Roman Catholic church in Carencro, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial
Gardens in Lafayette.

Rev. Mario Romero, pastor of St. John Berchman Catholic Church, will conduct the services.

Musical selections, vocals and guitar will be provided by Tammy Maturin. The songs will be Here
I am Lord, Isaiah 49, Breath of Heaven, Always Be a Child, and Amazing Grace.

Nick a resident of the Lafayette-Carencro area, died 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 3, 2002, in Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. He was a 2001
graduate of Teurlings Catholic High School, where he was a member of the football team. He earned All-District and
All-Parish honors at defensive end. He was attending Sowella Junior College in Lake Charles on a John Deere Construction Equipment Technical Scholarship. Weber will be remembered for his fun-loving spirit and his kind and generous heart.

Survivors include: his parents, Keith Weber and Tessie Conques Weber of Carencro; one sister Megan Louise Weber of Carencro; his maternal grandmother, Anna Lee Mouton Conques of Carencro; his paternal grandmother, Lawrence Marks Weber Gerhart and step-grandfather John Gerhart of Lafayette; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Pallbearers will be Adam Fisher, Max Martin, Brooks Steward, Stafford Steward, Cody Arcenneaux, and Nick Landry.

Melancon Funeral Home, Evangeline Memorial Gardens Chapel, 4117 North University Ave. Carencro, Louisiana was in charge of the arrangements.
