James L. Reynolds, 62, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 5:06 A.M. on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.

James was born on Wednesday, February 20, 1946 in Arkansas the son of the late Ray Riley Reynolds and Etta Mae (Sudduth) Reynolds.

He married Carolyn Nolen on October 25, 1984 in Wamac, Illinois.

Surviving family members include his Wife: Carolyn Reynolds of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; Stepson: Kevin Lee Kramer of Richmond, Virginia; Brother: Bobby Reynolds of Woodlawn, Illinois; 4 Sisters: Sadie Hibbard and husband Delbert of Pocahontas, Arkansas, Mary Graham of Centralia, Illinois, Maudie Graham and husband Dylan of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and Barbara Harvey of Centralia, Illinois; Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

His parents, two sisters: Gladys Harned and Alice Hall, two infant sisters and two infant brothers preceded him in death.
