Rebecca married 1st on 10 Oct 1878 to Allen Pierce Holland (from family bible record). They had 3 children. Their firstborn son John Wilson Holland contracted the flu near his 1st birthday and died. Allen also contracted the flu and he died, just a little over 2 weeks later in 1880. This left a widowed Rebecca pregnant with twin boys.

She married secondly around October or November of 1882 to Green H. Taylor, the first cousin of her first husband. They had 3 children.

After Green's death from pneumonia, she married 3rd to John W. Collins.

She is buried beside the unmarked graves of her first husband and her firstborn son, near the parents of her first husband, and not too far from her parents.
