Mrs. J.F. Felkins, aged 71, died at her home in James street in South park at 1:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon after a brief illness from pneumonia. Mrs. Felkins was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and has resided in Beaumont for about 12 years. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. L.D. Hunsucker, 18 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at Magnolia cemetery. Rev. J.A. Smart officiating. Pipkin & Brulin will be in charge. The pallbearers will be grandsons of Mrs. Felkins.
