The funeral of Joseph Hunsaker who died last Sunday,was held Tuesday at the home conducted by Reverend R. O. Omer of the Christian Church.
Joseph Hunsaker was born December 3, 1853 in Liberty. He was married Diana Lierle, July 4, 1877, who survives him and also the following children: Orvil H. South Dakota and William E., of Camp Point; Fred and Aubrey of Gillette, Wyoming, and Elizabeth M. Leiferman of Kingsport, Tennessee. One son John Oliver died in 1905. One brother, James Y. Hunsaker of Clayton, remains the last of a Large family.
Mr. Hunsaker was a resident of Adams County all his life, having moved from Liberty Township to Camp Point 18 years ago, where he had since made his home.
He was taken sick March 12 and was taken to the hospital where his doctor said he was past any medical aid. For the past two months he has been confined to his home and bed. He was a member of the Christian church.
