Minnie Agnes (also known as Agnes Minnie) Sanville was the daughter of Moses Sanville/Senvielle and Adlia/Adelaide (Ducharm) Sanville.

On 8 January 1891 in Escanaba, Delta County, Michigan, she married Fred Gauthier, age 27, born New York, a saloonkeeper. It was his second marriage.

Their son was Frederick Sanville Gauthier, born 25 November 1892 in Michigan. There are conflicting records about Sylvia Gauthier, born March 1895 in Wisconsin according to the 1900 census. In that census, both children are listed as stepchildren, with a father born in France and a mother born in Wisconsin. But in the 1910 census, when both Frederick and "Silvia" have the surname Roach, Frederick is listed as an adopted son, Silvia as a daughter, and their mother Minnie Roach says she has given birth to only one child. On that census, Frederick Roach's parents are listed as born in Canada and Silvia's father as born in Ohio and her mother in Wisconsin.

In the 1900 census for Keyser, DeKalb County, Illinois, John A. Roach (born July 1864 in Ohio) and wife Minnie A. Roach (born September 1873) live with stepchildren Fredrick and Sylvia Gauthier. John is a railroad foreman.

In 1910, Minnie Roach, age 32, born Wisconsin, says her father is born in Spain and her mother in France. She is married (but no husband is listed) and has been married 17 years. She reports giving birth to one child, with one living. Frederick S. Roach is listed as an adopted son and Silvia Roach as a daughter. Her boarder is John Webber, age 23, born Germany, who will later become her husband.

A marriage record exists for Mrs. Agnes M. Sanville Gauthier, age 42, born Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, to John H. Roach, age 52, born Malvern, Ohio. They married on 22 June 1914 in Calumet, Houghton County, Michigan.

In 1920, John W. "Webber" (age 32, born Germany) lives with wife Minnie (age 39, born Wisconsin, father born in Spain, mother born in Frances) and stepson Fred Roach (age 25, born Michigan.

In 1930 the family of three lives in York, Du Page County, Illinois. Minnie Weber, age 53, born Wisconsin, lists her parents as born in France. In 1940, the family lives in Richland, Newton County, Arkansas. In 1950 they live in Houston, Harris County, Texas.

On 25 November 1951, her husband John Weber and son Frederick S. Roach are found dead of carbon monoxide poisoning in their home in Houston County, Texas. A gas fire was burning, and the house's windows and doors were tightly closed.
