PRICE- Boni Lee Adams Nichols, 47, passed away March 30, 1994 at Utah Valley Medical Center.

She was born December 16, 1946 in Price, Utah, daughter of Floyd G. and Gwen Heaton Adams. Married Gary Nichols later divorced. Married John Georgedes, later divorced.

Graduated College of Eastern Utah, University of Utah, with a Bachelor's of Science and Master's in Business Administration. Boni was an instructor at the College of Eastern Utah since 1978 in the business and economic department. Director, Utah Small Business Development Center 1984-1991, Chair Applied Science Division at CEU 1984-1987, Vocational director, CEU 1987-1988, Chair business department, CEU 1983-84. Boni served on numerous other vocational and professional committees while instructing at CEU.

Boni was deeply loved by students, faculty, administrators and staff who worked with her. She was always working to improve herself by pursuing another degree and increasing her proficiency and capabilities.

She was respected for the professionalism that she brought to every task she had at the College of Eastern Utah.

Boni enjoyed seamwork, building bird houses and took great pride in her home.

Survived by one son, Troy Nichols, Baltimore, Maryland; mother, Gwen Adams, Price; three brothers and spouses, Bill and Gaylene Adams, Tom and Ann Marie Adams, all Price; Bobby and Elaine Howard, Los Cruces, New Mexico; mother-in-law, Virginia Nichols, Spring Glen; special friends, Grant Maxfield, John Georgedes, both Price; Dr. Gary Wixom, Orem; Dr. Joseph Salvatore and her dog, "Suds". Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by father, Floyd Adams and Gary Nichols.

Funeral services Saturday April 2, 1994, 12 noon, at the Price North Stake Center. Family will be at the church one hour prior to services. Friends may call at Mitchell Funeral Home, Friday, 9am to 9pm. Burial Price City Cemetery.
