Janie Margaret Reynolds, 88, of
the Kent's Ridge section of
Honaker, died Jan. 8 in a Lebanon
hospital.
Born in Clifton, she was a daughter
of the late Almerine and Rosie
Griffith Marshall.
A lifelong resident of the area, she
was a member of the Swords Creek
Community Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she
was preceded in death by her husband,
Author Reynolds; one son,
Harry Reynolds; five brothers; and
three sisters.
Survivors: sons and daughtersin-
law, Frank and Ruth Reynolds
and McArthur and Margaret
Reynolds, all of Honaker; daughter,
Paulette Reynolds of Honaker;
daughter-in-law, Mimiah Belle
Reynolds of Honaker; sisters, Ethel
Ball, Rinda Ball and Becky Ball;
brother, Harve Marshall; nine
grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren;
and two great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral was conducted Jan.
11 at 2 p.m. in the Honaker
Funeral Home Chapel in Honaker
with Bro. Les Ritchie and Rev.
Jerry Rasnake officiating.
Interment followed in the
Reynolds Cemetery on Kent's
Ridge.
