Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday for Alex A. Kruger, 82, of 8 E. Bracklin St., Rice Lake, who died Monday morning at St- Luke's Hospital in Duluth. Rev. Donald Berry will conduct the services at the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Rice Lake, and burial will be in Nora Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday evening at the Hyllengren Funeral Home. Mr. Kruger was born in Rice Lake, March 29, 1888, and lived here all his life, retiring some years ago from his employment with the American Excelsior Corp. He is survived by his wife, Hazel; one son, Kenneth of Nashwauk, Minn.; one daughter, Mrs. Alice Andrews of Rice Lake; five grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Hilda Martin and Mrs. Wallie Folstad, both of Rice Lake.
