SPRINGFIELD - Troy P. Tebeau, 84, died Monday at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah after a long illness. The Effingham County native was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, a retired carpenter and a farmer. Surviving are his wife, Willie K. Tebeau of Springfield; two daughters, Lee Ellen Hanberry of Clyo and Jo Louisa Tebeau of Chicago; a son, John W. Tebeau of Springfield; three brothers, Charlton W. Tebeau and Arte Tebeau, both of Springfield, and Milton W. Tebeau of Garden City; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a nephew. Funeral: 4 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, burial in Bethel Lutheran Church Cemetery. Thomas C. Strickland Funeral Home, Springfield Chapel. Remembrances: Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
