She is survived by three daughters: Miss Joan Seavey of Castro Valley, California, Mrs. Marceline Peiterson of Eugene, and Mrs. Shirley Deardorff of Corvallis; a brother, Verner Abeene of Sutherlin; a sister, Mrs. Phoebe Roberts of Springfield; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. She had been a resident of the Eugene and Springfield area since 1898.
She was a daughter of pioneer parents and for many years lived with her husband on the Seavey homestead on the McKenzie River. Private funeral services will be held Saturday, June 6, 1964 at 11:30 a.m. in the Poole-Larsen Chapel. Dr. Wesley G. Nicholson D. D. officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. Visitation hours will be at the chapel, Friday evening, June 5, between 6 and 9 p.m.
