Bill was born on June 15, 1935 in Bartlesville OK, son of Glen Brookshier and Isabell (Benson) Warner.
He worked doing custom auto upholstery.
On May 2 1956, he was married to Carol (Larkey) Warner who preceded him in death on January 7 2003. Then on June 19 2004, he was married to Margaret (Sharp) Reynolds Warner who survives of the home.
Bill enjoyed playing country music, and was a member of the Country Ho Down Group for over 10 years, playing music all around Ray and Clay counties.
He had attended both Salem Christian Union Church and Woods Memorial Christian Church of Excelsior Springs.
He was a member of Price Chopper's breakfast liars club.
Survivors include his wife Margaret of the home; daughter Cathy Hufft of Excelsior Springs; son Billy G. Warner, Jr. and wife Jannie of Kansas City MO; daughter Christie Burch and husband Don of Wood Heights MO; grandchildren: Chelsea Street, Chandra Hufft, Tami Dowdle, Michael House, Katrina Deluca, Grant Burch, and Alina Burch; great-grandchildren: Stephen Woodall, Nicole Dowdle, Brittney Dowdle, Teara Anderson, Cody Anderson, Corey Anderson, and Brooke House; great-great-grandchildren: Jillian Woodall, Stephen Woodall, Jr. and Ethan Anderson.
Besides his parents and first wife Carol, Bill was preceded in death by four brothers Les, Bud, Harold and Cork Warner.
The family suggests memorial contributions be given to either the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association in Bill's memory.
