William Samuel Arrington was elected Justice of the Peace of Hickman Co., KY, and sworn in by Judge J. J. Flatt, 6 Jun 1914. He also served as magistrate of Hickman Co., until his death in 1921. He and his wife raised their grandson Raymond Arrington as their own child after his mother died and his father lost his life, both during Jan 1905.
