BAY ST. LOUIS --- Mary Lee Newman Sullinger, 81, died Friday, Dec. 24, 1999, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Sullinger was a native of Tipton County, Tenn., and had been a resident of Bay St. Louis for the past 35 years. She was of the Protestant faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Myrse Sullinger; her parents, Daniel Lee and Mary Ethyl Newman; and a sister, Effie Lee Abel.
Survivors include a son, James Eddie Sullinger of Bay St. Louis; a daughter, Elizabeth Maxine Tippit of Bay St. Louis; two sisters, Thelma Williams and Lola Mae Forrester, both of Brownsville, Tenn.; a brother, Daniel Lee Newman of New Orleans; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. today at Garden of Memory Cemetery in Bay St. Louis. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
