Wadley - Mrs. Elizabeth Pundt Nasworthy, 89, died on Tuesday, July 10, at the Jefferson Hospital in Louisville.
Mrs. Nasworthy was born in Dublin, but had lived in Wadley since 1960. She was a homemaker and a member of the Wadley United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Wadley United Methodist Women.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph Addison Pundt of Wadley and Ernest C. Pundt of Moncks Corner, S.C.; one sister, Louise Branan, Statesboro; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held on Thursday, July 12, at 2 p.m. at the Wadley United Methodist Church with the Rev. Larry Sauls officiating. Burial followed in the East Side Cemetery in Statesboro.
