He was born June 23, 1950, in Frankfort, he was the son of the late Hubert M. and Dorothy O. Mounts Dick.
Surviving is a stepsister, Susan D. (Randy) Bayless of Crawfordsville; two nephews, Nathan & Evan Bayless of Crawfordsville; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine J. Dick; his mother, Dorothy O. Dick; father, Hubert M. "Winnie" Dick and step mother, Rita A. Dick.
