He was born on May 5, 1943, in Newburyport, Mass., to Pandi and Fernande Dalton. Peter worked as an automotive collision repair specialist for Jay's Auto Body.
He loved fishing, cooking and spending time with his daughter and granddaughter. He was one of a kind with a unique laugh who enjoyed quiet country life.
Peter is survived by his children, Crystal Dalton of Jackson, Roger Dalton of North Carolina, Rick (Jenny) Neuy of West Bend, Dave Helgerson of West Bend and Shane Neuy of West Bend; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three sisters, Marion Mishoe of Georgia, Ethel Gleason of Massachusetts and Joan Hussey of Massachusetts; a brother, Paul (Wendy) Dalton of Florida; close friends, Donnie B., Kooner, Robin (Diane), Jay, Keith (Susie) and Bobbie (Kathy). He is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his close friend, Linda Neuy.
A visitation in remembrance of Peter will be held on Sunday, March 27, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.
