A more recently discovered chart in the hand of the latter bears out Margaret Lane's statement that the original work was by Mr. Lane. The Gage papers indicate that Bertha Palmer also did original work. In 1945 Bertha Palmer sent a copy of the charts to the New England Historic Genealogical Society, where it remained in 1994. It is entitled, "The Pedigree of Margaret and Rosamond Lane".
