LeCLAIRE, Iowa - David K. Blumer, 39, died Thursday at St. Luke's Hospital, Davenport.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the River Catholic Church, LeClaire. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Long Grove.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. today at Halligan-McCabe Funeral Home, Davenport, with prayers said at 7 p.m. Additional visitation will be one hour before the service at the church.
Mr. Blumer was a 1973 graduate of Davenport West High School and a member of the church and Knights of Columbus 532, Davenport.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Survivors include his parents, Thomas and Marian Blumer, LeClaire, with whom he resided; sisters, Theresa (Mrs. Barry) Parrish, and Christine and Jacqueline Blumer, all of Davenport; Jeanne (Mrs. David) Farr, Virginia Beach, Va.; and Katherine Blumer, LeClaire; brothers, his twin, Daniel, Blue Grass; and Thomas E. Jr., San Diego; and his grandmothers, Katherine Atkinson, Davenport; and Cecelia Blumer, Pleasant Valley.
