The home circle of one of Brillion town's worthy citizens was bereft last Tuesday when death summoned Mrs. John Tamm, who died at a hospital at Appleton.
Deceased was born in Germany in 1862, coming to America with her parents in 1880. In 1884 she was united in marriage to John Tamm, the sorrowing husband who now survives her. Two children, Henry and Hattie blessed the union and also survive their beloved mother. Four brothers and two sisters remain also. The brothers are Fred Bastian of Kaukauna, Martin, Ernst, and Henry Bastian, all well known farmers of the town of Brillion. The sisters are Mrs. C. F. Koch of our city and Mrs. J. D. Smith of DeRidder, Fla. The funeral took place today from the German M. E. Church, Rev. M. Feldt, the pastor preached an eloquent sermon.
