Valmont Faul, Jr. 76 of Eunice died on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at his residence.
He was a native of Church Point.
Survivors include his wife, Laura Guidry Faul of Eunice; four sons, Charles Faul & Alice of Franklin, Rickey Faul & Angelena of Church Point, Timmy Faul of Huntsville, Ala. and Mark Faul & Angie of Crowley; one daughter, Germaine F. Fouke & Steve of Lafayette; two brothers, Rayvous Faul and Clinton Faul, both of Church Point; four sisters, Mavis Douga of Church Point, Evelyn Huval of Baton Rouge, Liera Porche of Baton Rouge, and Eva Jean Miller; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Valmont Faul, Sr. & Aldegon Vasseur; Step-mother, Laura B. Faul; son, Baby Joe Faul; eight brothers and three sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Fr. Jerry Mesley will be at 10:30 AM on Thursday at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in St. Paul Mausoleum, Eunice, LA.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice, LA with a rosary at 6:00 PM.
The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 AM on Thursday for a visitation until the service at 10:30
