Gervais Faul
Funeral services for Gervais Faul, 72, will be at 2 p.n. today, July 10, from St. Margaret Catholic Church.
The Rev. Aubrey Guilbeau will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johson Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 8 a.m. A rosary was said and the Fourth Degree Knights of Coumbus posted an honor guard Sunday.
Mr. Faul died at 7:45 a.m. Saturday, July 8, 2000, in his residence.
He was a native of Church Point and had lived in Lake Charles for 47 years. He worked for Huval Baking Company for 35 years, retiring as district sales manager. he also worked for the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office as a courtroom security officer. He was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church, Mended Hearts and Monsignor Cramer's Fourth Degree Assembly. He was a past grand knight in the Knights of Columbus Council No. 3208. He was a member of the Cajun French Music Association and was the organizer of the French Choir.
