Mr. Faucett died at 10:50 a.m. Sunday, Aug 5, in Dade County Nursing Home, Greenfield, after a long illness.

He was born June 10, 1900, in Lawrence County. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Versa of Ash Grove, one daughter Virginia Patten, of Mt. Vernon; one stepson, Leroy Foust of Ash Grove, four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
