She eloped with him in 14 Jan 1800 and after went to live with her parents. About two weeks later he persuaded her to return. She stayed until July then eloped again (with Thomas Donnell) and never returned. In spring of 1803 she went to Loudoun Co., Virginia with a certain Thomas Donnell where she continued to live until August last, when she returned and has since been delivered of a child. She has requested a justice of the peace for Prince George's Co., to permit her to swear to a person in Virginia, thus avowing her adulterous conduct. The marriage is annulled and they are divorce.
