Mrs. Butler is survived by five grandchildren, as follows: D. C. Harper, Clyde Harper, Miss Kate Harper of West Monroe; Mrs. C. H. Hair of near Grayson and J. C. Harper of Clarks. She is also survived by a sister, Mrs. W. C. Beale of Pineville.
Pallbearers were A. J. Coates, G. E. Rogers, J. B. Thompson, G. E. Erskine and two others.
Mrs. Butler was the wife of the late Jack J. Butler and sister-in-law of the late Smith Butler of this city, members of pioneer Caldwell parish family. The people of Caldwell mourn the death of this noble lady and extend to the bereaved relatives their heartfelt sympathy.
The funeral was held under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia.
