Richard A. "Dick" Hall, 70, of Countess Drive, Columbus, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at 9:56 p.m. at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Mr. Hall had owned and operated the Hall Industrial Sales until 2006. He was a member of First Christian Church. He graduated from Scottsburg High School in 1955.

The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street, with the Rev. Dean Mathis and David Burnett officiating. Calling will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Entombment will be at Garland Brook mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana or Love Chapel.

Mr. Hall was born July 27, 1937, in Louisville, Ky., the son of Dixon and Edith Adams Hall. He married Bonnie Boswell on Aug. 16, 1957, in Scottsburg.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Kelly (Bill) Gilham of Columbus and Vickie (Nick) Becker of Avon; a sister, Dixie Perkins of Mesa, Ariz.; brothers, James (Doris) Hall and William Hall, both of Scottsburg; grandchildren, Alicia and Richard Gilham, both of Columbus, and Paige Becker of Avon; and a great-grandson, Connor Seavers of Columbus.

The funeral for Richard A. "Dick" Hall, 70, of Countess Court was conducted Wednesday at Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street with David Burnett and Dean Mathis officiating. Martin Peterson and Steve Newton gave eulogies and reminisced.

Entombment was at Garland Brook Mausoleum. Pallbearers were Nick Becker, Bill and Rich Gilham, Dean Mathis, Martin Peterson and Mick Howe.

Mr. Hall died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
